This role will be instrumental in spearheading high-growth initiatives, accelerating expansion in the K-Beauty space by cultivating strong partnerships with brands and retailers.

We’re seeking a visionary growth strategist who can identify new opportunities, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative strategies to drive long-term expansion. In this role, you will be a key part of high-growth initiatives in the K-Beauty space, working closely with the Senior Director of Business Development.
Responsibilities will include business and market analysis, managing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting executive-level decision-making to drive growth and enhance ROI. Strong presentation skills will be essential, as you’ll be responsible for communicating insights and strategies to internal stakeholders and external partners.

In accordance with the applicable law, the following represents a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum compensation range for this position:
The estimated compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000.
Compensation for the role will be determined based on permissible, non discriminatory factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
