ASSOCIATE, CREATIVE (GRAPHIC DESIGN)

    JOB OVERVIEW

    The Creative Associate will be well versed in design, on top of design trends and technology, and have a passion for all things design-related. We are searching for a high performer with strong command of typography and composition, and ability to communicate ideas through design. Additionally, this person will be successful in developing concepts, implementing design strategies, and producing interactive, print and brand identity design solutions. This role will balance creative thinking, interpersonal skills, and client expectations to successfully translate concepts into functional design deliverables. This role is responsible for the development and design of deliverables that elevate, differentiate, and function on-brand and on-strategy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the Creative and marketing teams to develop innovative digital campaigns, including newsletters, homepage banners, and UX design enhancements.
    • Partner with the Marketing team to craft visually compelling content for multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual presence.
    • Contribute to the conceptualization, development, and execution of visual assets for physical distribution, such as posters, banners, package inserts, flyers, postcards, and more.
    • Support the creation of various visual assets, including photography and video editing to enhance our multimedia content.
    • Assist in miscellaneous day-to-day operations, ensuring our creative projects align with brand standards and strategic goals.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, whether in an agency or in-house.
    • A diverse design portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative examples across multiple mediums.
    • Proficient in design fundamentals, including layout, typography, composition, and UX design principles.
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite is essential. Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with print production and web design processes.
    • Illustration and hand-lettering skills are a strong plus.
    • Previous experience in the beauty and/or retail industry is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, excel in both independent work and collaboration, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
    • A genuine interest in beauty and skincare is essential to connect with our brand's ethos.

    The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.

    The annual base salary range for these full-time positions are $45,000-$55,000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The exact salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the location, complexity and scope of the role as well as the skills, education, credentials and experience or training of the candidate. Our recruiting team will be happy to elaborate more on the specifics of the salary range for you during the hiring process.
