POSITION
OVERVIEW
Soko Glam is offering a Special Projects Internship for aspiring leaders who are passionate about the beauty and skincare industry. As an intern, you'll collaborate directly with our Chief of Staff on initiatives and projects that drive our company's future. This summer, the Chief of Staff will primarily concentrate on initiatives related to Merchandising.
The Summer internship program will run from June 3, 2024 until August 23, 2024. This is a paid, full-time internship with an hourly rate of $15 and an anticipated time commitment of approximately 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Interns based in the NY metro area will have the opportunity to work out of the NYC Headquarters (hybrid role, 3x per week in office requirement).
During the internship program, participants will be paired with a supervisor who will provide them with on-the-job training and projects. The program also incorporates additional learning components focused on professional development, exposure to various functional business areas, and the opportunity to interact with senior executives. Participants will also work on a function-specific project designed to address a current company initiative and/or business gap.
Overall, the program includes on-the-job training, shadow sessions with our leaders, functional focused intern project(s), and other interesting components. If you're ready to immerse yourself in a role that offers hands-on experience within the beauty industry, we encourage you to apply. Join us at Soko Glam and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative through meaningful connections and engaging interactions!
